2 User Conduct & Verification
You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information when creating listings or communicating with hosts. Misrepresenting internet speeds, backup generator availability, or accommodation details will result in immediate termination of your account and permanent removal from the directory.
3 Listing Guidelines
All listings must be strictly relevant to digital nomads, remote workers, and expat professionals (e.g., work-ready stays, dedicated co-working spaces, work-friendly cafes, and essential services). LokalList reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our standards or lacks verified infrastructure.
4 Limitation of Liability
LokalList serves as a specialized directory and verification platform connecting remote workers with local hosts and workspace operators. We do not own the properties listed and are not liable for any disputes, service interruptions, or damages arising from agreements made between users.
